2. Services
VolgersBoost offers digital services, including followers, likes, views and other engagement packages for social media platforms. All services are intended exclusively for promotional purposes.

3. Orders and Delivery

* Orders are processed immediately after payment.
* Delivery time varies per product and is stated on the product page.
* The customer is responsible for correctly entering their details (username, profile link, etc.).

4. Payments

* Payments are processed via secure payment providers such as PayTR.
* All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
* No additional administration fees are charged.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

* The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products.
* A refund is only possible in the case of demonstrable non-delivery or incorrect delivery due to our error.
* Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Responsibility and Use

* The customer uses the services provided at their own risk.
* VolgersBoost is not liable for sanctions imposed by social media platforms.
* Misuse or fraudulent use of the services is prohibited and will result in immediate termination without the right to a refund.

7. Liability

* VolgersBoost is not liable for indirect damages or consequential damages.
* Liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

8. Changes
VolgersBoost reserves the right to change these terms. The most current version is always available on our website.

9. Applicable Law
International law applies to all legal relationships between VolgersBoost and the customer. In the event of disputes, an effort will be made to reach a resolution through mutual consultation.
